FAQ

ADAS Solutions USA will coordinate directly with you by providing the necessary documentation for your windshield replacement and calibration.

The Windshield Replacement Process:

  1. File a glass claim with your insurance carrier.

  2. Identify ADAS Solutions USA, Inc. as your provider.

  3. Drop off your vehicle at our windshield replacement location as scheduled.

  4. We will complete the repair and provide you with the invoice along with all supporting documents required for submission to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.

Please note: All services are paid directly to our location, we will provide you with the information needed to process your reimbursement claim.

For same day service, vehicles must be dropped off by 11am.  Our team will notify you when your vehicle is ready for pick up.

Note: Rivian Windshield Replacement and Calibrations take approximately 5 hours.
