As a Calibration Technician at our ADAS repair facilities, you play a critical role in ensuring vehicles are safe, precise, and road-ready after windshield replacements, sensor adjustments, or collision repairs. You’ll be responsible for performing dynamic and static calibrations of radar, lidar, camera, and ultrasonic systems using specialized tools and OEM procedures.

This position requires high attention to detail, mechanical and electronic aptitude, and a commitment to quality. You’ll work closely with service advisors and technicians to diagnose calibration needs, document results, and deliver accurate, reliable calibrations that meet manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ADAS system calibrations using OEM-approved equipment and software

  • Read and interpret vehicle repair procedures and calibration requirements

  • Conduct pre- and post-scans to verify system functionality

  • Maintain detailed service records and calibration reports

  • Ensure calibration bays are properly prepared and maintained

  • Communicate clearly with team members about vehicle readiness and system performance

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in automotive diagnostics or ADAS calibration preferred

  • Familiarity with OEM calibration procedures and scan tools

  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills

  • Ability to follow detailed processes and safety protocols

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
