As a Market Lead, you will oversee and guide technicians and Static Calibration Centers (SCCs) in an assigned geographic area, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily tasks for technicians and shops.

  • Ensure SCCs are safe, clean, secure, and well-equipped.

  • Maintain tools and administer preventative maintenance/repairs.

  • Perform vehicle calibration, programming, diagnostics, and repairs.

  • Serve as the primary contact for market-related tasks, questions, or issues.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues to ensure successful vehicle calibrations.

  • Assign work and provide daily operational direction to employees.

  • Hold team accountable for shop/market goals.

Customer Relations

  • Conduct daily check-ins with shops to build relationships and drive business.

  • Ensure team members visit shops to promote services.

  • Proactively address customer issues and obstacles.

  • Establish regular customer reviews to highlight ADAS Solutions USA’s value.

  • Educate customers and support interactions with insurance companies.

  • Negotiate and sell ADAS Solutions USA services.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships to uphold industry leadership.

Team Leadership

  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and solution-focused team environment.

  • Provide clear, professional direction to associates.

  • Manage schedules for optimal efficiency and budget impact.

  • Lead regular meetings to educate, inform, and gather feedback.

  • Promote the ADAS Solutions Technician Career Path.

  • Consult senior management on issues per the Employee Handbook.

Administrative Duties

  • Submit required daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork.

  • Ensure compliance with local ordinances for permits and correspondence.

  • Verify associates have necessary certifications/licenses.

  • Respond promptly to internal/external communications.

  • Assist with staffing, on-boarding, reviews, and disciplinary actions.

  • Support customers with regular reviews and information.

  • Assist with needs outside the market as required.

  • Notify management of slow periods or underutilized associates.

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude, critical thinking, hands-on skills, and team-building ability.

  • Knowledge of vehicle repair including ADAS calibrations, electrical and mechanical systems on vehicles

  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (in-person and written).

  • Physically able to lift tools, stand for long periods, walk, bend, and drive vehicles.

  • Strong manual dexterity for repetitive tasks.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test

Experience

  • ADAS Calibration: 1 year (Required)

  • Management: 1 year (Required)

This position requires in-person work at our Colorado Springs, CO location with the ability to commute or relocate before starting.
